2. التسجيل والحساب
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل
- يجب تقديم بريد إلكتروني صحيح
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور
- أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة من خلال حسابك

3.1 الفترة التجريبية
يحصل كل مستخدم جديد على فترة تجريبية مجانية 7 أيام تشمل جميع ميزات الباقة المميزة.
3.2 الدفع والتجديد
- تتم عمليات الدفع عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play Store
- الاشتراكات سنوية وتتجدد تلقائياً
- يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت عبر إعدادات المتجر
4. الاستخدام المقبول
- استخدام التطبيق فقط لإدارة مزارع النخيل
- عدم محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به لبيانات آخرين
- عدم استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني
- عدم مشاركة اشتراكك مع حسابات أخرى
5. التشخيص بالذكاء الاصطناعي
تنبيه مهم: تشخيص أمراض النخيل بالذكاء الاصطناعي هو أداة مساعدة فقط ولا يغني عن استشارة خبير زراعي متخصص.
- النتائج استرشادية ولا تشكل نصيحة زراعية مهنية
- لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسائر ناتجة عن الاعتماد الكلي على التشخيص
6. المحتوى والبيانات
- أنت تملك جميع البيانات التي تدخلها في التطبيق
- نمنحك ترخيصاً غير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق
- أنت مسؤول عن صحة ودقة البيانات
7. الملكية الفكرية
- تطبيق Smart Palm وجميع محتوياته محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية
- لا يجوز نسخ أو توزيع أو تعديل أي جزء من التطبيق
8. إخلاء المسؤولية
- يُقدم التطبيق “كما هو” بدون أي ضمانات
- لا نضمن أن التطبيق سيعمل بدون انقطاع أو أخطاء
- لا نتحمل مسؤولية أضرار زراعية ناتجة عن التشخيص
9. تحديد المسؤولية
لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الاشتراك خلال الـ 12 شهراً السابقة.
10. إنهاء الخدمة
- يمكنك إيقاف استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت
- نحتفظ بحق تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك في حال انتهاك الشروط
11. القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

3.1 Free Trial
Every new user receives a free 7-day trial with all Premium features.
3.2 Payment & Renewal
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions are annual and auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel at any time through the store settings
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the app only for palm farm management
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data
- Do not use the app for any illegal purpose
- Do not share your subscription with other accounts
5. AI Diagnosis
Important Disclaimer: AI-powered palm disease diagnosis is an assistive tool only and does not replace consultation with a qualified agricultural expert.
- Results are advisory and not professional agricultural advice
- We are not responsible for losses from sole reliance on automated diagnosis
6. Content & Data
- You own all data you enter into the app
- We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the app
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your data
7. Intellectual Property
- Smart Palm and all its content are protected by intellectual property rights
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The app is provided “as is” without any warranties
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses
- We are not responsible for agricultural damages from AI diagnosis
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
- You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
